Cancellation/reschedule policy

Cancellation/reschedule policy is something we feel absolutely necessary at this point. Emergencies and other circumstances happen - known for a fact. Another not so known fact - 24, 48 or 72 hours it is not enough time to fill in the spot in most cases, as the design needs to be discussed and created.





1. If the appointment is canceled/rescheduled 14 days prior to the date, no fees will apply.

2. if the appointment cancelled/rescheduled in less than 14 days but 3 days prior to the date - 50$ fee will apply.

3. if the appointment is canceled/rescheduled less than 3 days prior to the date - a deposit worth fee will apply.


The deposits are non-refundable. In case of cancellation/rescheduling the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date. The deposit can be transferred to another person.
